SoftQue's Warranty Policy

Repair Warranty: Repairs include a 90-day warranty on the labor to fix any part installed by SoftQue.

Warranty on parts: New parts with factory defects are replaced on a carry-in basis for one year from date of purchase. Remanufactured parts may be exchanged for 30 days from day of purchase.

Systems: Full parts and labor warranty for replacement or repair of defective hardware on new systems for one year, and in used systems for 90 days from date of purchase.

Software: All software is warranted by the respective software providers only-not by SoftQue.

Proof of Purchase: No warranty or exchanges will be given unless customer shows proof of purchase in the form of the original invoice. NO REFUNDS.

Limit of Liability: SoftQue will not be liable for anything not available for use or for lost of corrupted data or software. SoftQue reserves the right to make changes to its' warranty at any time.

ITEMS LEFT AT SOFTQUE FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
